There are some special marking at the Life Line, and have different meaning as below:
An Island means hospitalization or other closing in, for a time, of the energy or life situation, because a serious mishap
A break means an accident or serious illness or sudden change in the life situation
Little lines that cross the life line show worries
A cross means danger
A square gives protection at a time it is needed; some times it means that life from this point on improves.
A star on the life line means a serious crisis
Little lines moving up from the life line show ability to recuperate; downward lines toward the thumb show a tendency to waste vitality
A double life line increases vitality. This sister line is often called the line of Mars (Sexual Vitality)
A third series, or single line that reinforces the life line is the line of family, which shows the influence of the family on the life of the individual. It can have branches that indicate money, fame, restriction, position, and so forth
A line at the base of the palm, originating within the life line and crossing it and other vertical lines of the lower palm and leading to the heel of the hand, is called the line of escape. It shows the vital forces escaping from the field of life into the realm of imagination
A study of the life line alone can tell you much about the character and life of the person whose palm you are reading, but whatever you find there should be considered along with other lines in the palm and the configuration of the whole hand

Money Lines
Wealth, success, security can be found in the lines of fame, health and fate, but there are other special lines (influence lines) that are found in some hands that can indicate skill at acquiring cash and how it can be done.
The Heart Line
The Heart line is the upper of the two horizontal lines on the hand. Starting with the index finger or middle finger down and run across the palm to the palm below the little finger
Reading Lines Hand - Left Hand or Right Hand
If you meet someone who understands and wants to predict palmistry, the hand which he asked for show? Is left or right? Often he asks one hand. Generally, the visit is to the left hand.
